Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Napida ("we", "us") at napida.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Napida finds job postings, fills out application forms using the profile and resume you provide, and submits applications on your behalf. If you connect Gmail, it reads verification codes that job sites send during an application. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove parts of the service at any time.

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account and everything done through it. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
• One person per account. Do not create accounts for other people without their permission.

By using Napida, you authorize us to, on your behalf:

• Submit applications to employers using the information in your profile.
• Sign in to, and create accounts on, job portals using credentials you provide or we create for you.
• Answer application questions based on your profile and previous answers.
• Read verification emails, if you connect Gmail.

Applications are submitted in your name. You are responsible for reviewing your profile and making sure what we submit is what you want employers to see.

You agree that everything in your profile, resume, and answers is true and yours to share, including your work authorization, education, and experience. Do not ask us to submit false or misleading information. You are responsible for the consequences of any information submitted from your profile.

We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment, or that any employer will receive, read, or respond to an application. Job sites change often, and some applications may fail, be submitted incompletely, or be rejected by the site. Employers and job portals are independent third parties, and we are not responsible for their decisions, content, or terms.

Job portals have their own terms of use. Some may restrict automated applications. You are responsible for deciding whether to use Napida with a given site, and we may stop supporting any site at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anyone other than yourself without their permission.
• Submit unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Resell or share access to the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

• Paid plans give you a set number of application credits (for example 500, 1,000, or 2,000) for a monthly period, at the prices shown on the pricing page.
• Each purchase is a one-time charge for that period. Plans do not renew automatically; you buy again for the next period.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in US dollars and may exclude taxes.
• Unused credits do not carry over to the next period.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we fail to provide the service you paid for. To request a refund, email [email protected].
• We may change prices for future purchases. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

You own your resume, profile, and other content you provide. You give us permission to store, process, and submit it as needed to run the service for you. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can stop using Napida at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the service. Applications already submitted cannot be withdrawn by us.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every application will be submitted correctly.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Napida will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, earnings, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top and notify you of significant changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
